Jeff in Seattle - Customer Review
A nice collection of shorts this month. The most notables are "No Bikini" and "The Dance Lesson". "The Dance Lesson" was picked because it has caused me to laugh out loud. Now, I can think up a few dance moves! "No Bikini" is an interesting and amusing short. Why cover up pre-puberty children if they didn't "feel naked" from the waist up? Good point, but our culture insist on "covering up". Unfortunately, there are a couple of shorts that didn't resonate with me. I consider "Diamond in a Bucket" boring. I didn't know what hit me after I watched "Aided Migration". I just didn't know what the heck that was all about. Maybe I'd better check out Dakar and do some bird watching. Special mention goes to "Man in the Moon". I'm fast becoming a fan of FilmAkademie from Germany, thanks to Film Movement. Film Movement also have other FilmAkademie's shorts, "Das Rad" and last month's short, "The Raft". Kudos!! Let's make this an "annual tradition" as Film Movement mentioned in the description on the DVD cover!

Gene in San Diego - Customer Review
Great collection of shorts. My favorite by far was THE GREAT ZAMBINI. This gets a 5star rating. I'd also include MIGRATION ASSISTEE and THE DANCE LESSON in this rating, with the others at 4 stars, except one clip. A HALF MAN was a bit disturbing. It may appeal to some folks, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Thank you for putting this together.
