Film Movement, a full-service North American distributor of critically acclaimed award-winning independent and foreign films, started operation in 2002, and has released over 200 films from 50 countries and six continents, including top prize winners from Sundance, Cannes, Venice, Toronto, Berlin, Tribeca, and several other prestigious film festivals. Film Movement’s popular DVD-of-the-Month Club was the first of its kind and has been hailed by film lovers and critics including Roger Ebert: “Film Movement subscribers get more than their money’s worth!” and The Huffington Post says, “The Film Movement DVD-of-the-Month Club is the best way to find undiscovered gems that I know.
