No redeeming value in this one. It just glories in the tired story that crosses all races and ethnicities in modern America--a bright ambitious woman falls for a loser man-child who will never grow up, and will only keep her from fulfilling her potential. The film is crude, misogynist, and filled with urban street cliches. Not up to Film Movement's usual standards.
