Q. How do I reach customer service?
A. Email us at info@filmmovement.com or call us at 866/YES-FILM between the hours of 10:30am and 5:30pm EST. Monday - Friday. You should get a response within 24 - 48 hours. For security purposes, please do not email us credit card information.
Q. When I contact customer service what information should I have?
A. Please have your user name (its usually your email address), your password, and the first and last name of the account holder. If you do not have your password, click on the Forgot Your Password link on the Member Login page. If you do not have this information, call us at 866/YES-FILM and we will ask you a number of security questions to verify your identity.
